First issue:

I like a black background, green foreground, and this used to do it:

: jglover@example.com; cat /home/jglover/.Xdefaults

Emacs.cursorColor:      Green
Emacs.pointerColor:     Green

But now when I fire up XEmacs-21.5.28, I get black on grey. Any idea
why the resources have changed? Or better yet, can anyone explain how
to discover which X resources a particular programme supports?
