Thanks for responding, and for the screenshots. Kind of sad to see that 
FireFox is a little behind the curve on this one.

Also wondering... does the platform make a difference? Like, will 
Internet Explorer on Japanese Windows see the Japanese in the URL, but 
not on English Windows?

I'm trying to get a sense of what the usual Japanese consumer is likely 
to see if I use Japanese in my URLs.
