[tlug] Policy on debug codes

Hi all,

I'd want to know what is the policies regarding "debug code" - The code
that developers use during coding, testing phases.

1. Do you remove *ALL* "debug" code when releasing your software?
2. Or just leave them because they don't harm the software. We will use
them in the future.
