[tlug] DVD Playback on Ubuntu/Kubuntu

I've come across some instructions for getting Ubuntu (and Kubuntu I
assume) set up for DVD playback.  The things is, the info is dated
December 2005, so I'm wondering if it's accurate.  Before I dive in
and start mucking with things, does anyone happen to know off-hand if
the procedures described on this page:

- are accurate?  Any info (on or off list) welcome.
