[tlug] Online ext3 resizing

Discussion of ext3 support for online resizing came up at one of the
Friday nomis and until now I hadn't had a conclusive answer as to what
degree it was supported. Reading this[1] 2005 paper it appears 2.6.10
kernels with e2fsprogs 1.36 support enlarging the filesystem online.

"ext2online code was finally included into the 2.6.10 kernel and
e2fsprogs 1.36"

"In order to avoid a large amount of complexity it is only possible to
increase the size of a filesystem while it is mounted."
