Reads a lot like a joke and the rest of the site seems to be a joke  
as well. Guests in his sidebar-chat for example do not get GuestXXXX  
but PatriotXXXX as name. They link to www.wmfo.org which seems to  
have nothing to do with christianity (even though he titles it that way)
The War on Terror site states only:

American Deaths: 3030 (Sad but worth it!)
Towelhead Deaths: 660,000 (estimated - The world is a better place now!)
Mission in Iraq: 77% complete
Means: WE ARE WINNING! BRING’EM ON, TERRORISTS!

This site is definitely a satire and the comments state that a lot of  
people are seeming not to get it.
