That's very odd, since you resolve just fine:

$ host 219.114.58.46
46.58.114.219.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer p14046-ipadfx01maru.tokyo.ocn.ne.jp.
$ host p14046-ipadfx01maru.tokyo.ocn.ne.jp.
p14046-ipadfx01maru.tokyo.ocn.ne.jp has address 219.114.58.46
