[tlug] Linux flash player 9 released

At last a solid version of flash player for linux (it was released last
week, no longer in beta). It is displaying Japanese correctly. Sound and
plugin settings are also working.

Problems I've noticed: For editable text fields there is no IME (but
copy and paste in Japanese does work). The standalone player still
refuses to let me tell it is allowed to connect out (making a projector
does work though).
