Programming maybe, but since it deliberately omits HTML, CSS, and SQL,
it's not directly applicable for assessing web development.

Interesting note: the huge drop in Java's rating coincides with a
spike in Python's popularity.  I don't recall exactly when GvR joined
Google, but that looks kinda suspicious to me!
