Reviewing the raw email, I see that the HTML is "interesting". 
It has two <HTML>...<BODY>...</BODY>...</HTML> sections, 
one nested inside the other. 
Of course, that's what we should expect for: 

   X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2800.1106
...
   <META content=3D"MSHTML 6.00.2800.1106"

I guess that the archive interprets the HTML email, 
and the innermost HTML at that and ignores the plain text email. 

Nagarajan, it would be good to disable HTML for email anyway. 
Hopefully, this will work.
