[tlug] Converting Canna data files

Greetings,

Can anyone throw some light on converting Canna's binary dictionary
files into text versions. The "dpbindic" utility (actually dpxdic)
is supposed to do it, but the man page doesn't quite explain how.
It mentions a "test-file" (possibly "text-file") containing format
details, but doesn't actually explain the format.

Any help would be appreciated.
