Nope. Kitano-san needed to devote his time to his two small children,
so I filled in for a little while. Jim T is still hosting our pages
while we get Hikari back into a datacentre, so he has been handling
things for now.

But I would say that the position is open for volunteers, as I have
not the time to invest in making our site really excellent.
