It's clearly a blank message with no "From:" header, which I see was added
by my own MTA after gmail forwarded the message to me.

Originally I thought that something on *your* end had forged that address
into the mail, hence the assumption that a trojanned Windows machine was
responsible for the message.

Apparently there is no trojanned Windoze machine to muck out after all :)
