yep.  I think there's some kind of a law saying that they have to.  
Microsoft could take 'em to court otherwise.  Same thing happened on 
Linux Journal (I think).  In the end I think it did more good for the 
Linux Community than Microsoft would like to admit.  Hopefully Source 
Forge is getting some big bucks and there will be a few people who read 
the propaganda so they can speek intelligently about it if it comes up.  
And of course it gets up stirred up :)
