[tlug] Administrivia: Mailing list management software change

We are about to switch the list management software used on the TLUG  
server from SmartList to Mailman <http://www.list.org/>.

This will affect some of the headers of the list traffic, so if you  
are filtering your TLUG messages based on the headers and suddenly  
lose your TLUG messages that is probably the reason.  :-)
