A guy sent me a Python script that did it quite well, but it's not
released yet. It wouldn't be rocket science to wrap something around
wget "http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/cgi-bin/cgiwrap/jwb/wwwjdic?1MSJ%94n%8E%AD"
or 
lynx -dump "http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/cgi-bin/cgiwrap/jwb/wwwjdic?1MSJ%94n%8E%AD"
