Use another PC to get "BartPE" http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/ .  This
will create a real Windows boot cd-rom for you using an original
windows install cd.  You then should have access to the drive.  Since
you are not booting the OS from the potentially damaged disk, maybe
you can rescue some files.

Because this is native windows, your japanese file names cause no problem. 

Sorry this is not linux, but the amount of hacking that this genius
has applied to windows is truely in a Unix Admin spirit.
