[tlug] Have tlug-ml policies Changed?

Hi 

A few years ago, I experienced that tlug-ml refused relayed mail, but
ignored From field.

But yesterday, my mail whose from field was unresisted address,
and Today I found I can send relayed mail with resisted form address.


          Form field             Smtp server
Past      Ignore                 Check
Now       Check                  Ignore

Are my observations right?
