[tlug] Temperature above threshold

Hi, I have a linux server (Pentium4 2.8GHz, 512MB memory, 200GB X 2 HD ) 
installed Mandrake Linux 10.1 official release. It sometimes logged
following kernel alert.

rosso kernel: CPU0: Temperature above threshold
rosso kernel: CPU0: Running in modulated clock mode
----------------------------

It means there is a serious CPU heat problem? Do I need a quick action to
add more cooling fans?
