uhm, not really. recent machines should all have the option to boot even
if the keyboard is missing.
the bios for the ones we have here (new from a few months ago) offers to
ignore keybord, floppy, disk or even any error
not sure if you can get rid of the graphiccard though.
may make sense to get a motherboard that has some cheap graphiccard on
board. (at least it will allow you to fit the board in a small box)
