Okay something is still not quite there above is the received email
source code snip The question marks are all Japanese.  I also did :
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="EUC-JP" but it still came out the
same.  

I have been googling around trying to find some real sample code to base
off of, but so far I havent found anything that works.  If anyone has a
sample of link of Perl sending an email with Japanese text I would
greatly appreciate it.
