[tlug] xchat2 URL handlers

I have finally been sucked into the hitherto mysterious world of IRC by
the Gentoo developers' refusal to use any other form of communication! :)

I like X-Chat (actually, xchat2 is the name of the binary), but I am
having a minor issue getting it to handle URLs properly. I have messed
with Settings -> Lists -> URL Handlers... and set it up to use Mozilla
Firebird by default, and sure enough, this writes a
~/.xchat2/urlhandlers.conf that looks about right. However, when I left-
click a URL, nothing happens (due to a bad command name, I expect), and
right-clicking opens a context menu which seems to have nothing to do
with my urlhandlers.conf.

Anybody know how to get X-Chat to obey urlhandlers.conf? If no-one has
any ideas, I guess I will break out LXR[1] and get to the bottom of
this the old-fashioned way. :)
