[tlug] Arialuni.ttf font - don't have one, where to get it?

I am following Jim Breen's Open Office Japanese word processor
instructions and am stuck.

In it, he mentions he got and installed a font by the name of 
Arialuni.ttf and that it could be found probably on Windows 98?2000?

Well, I can't seem to find it and was wondering where I could get it and
download it.
