Hello Anthony,

I think Mauro was leaving Japan and wanted to postpone the Tech meeting
completely to the next month (May). So I think we will not have the
tech meeting this month.

If we are very difficult to find the space for tech meeting every time,
I think we can buy some space every time. If we have 20 attendee every
time, the cost for each person should be around 1,000 yen.

For example, these meeting rooms are less than 25,000yen for whole
Saturday afternoon (~ 17:00)
