I wish that were true. However, most of the big-ISP-based services
don't seem to allow anything else. I can hardly blame people for
using even primitive spam filters if that's all they're offered.
BTW, I gather you work in the scanner/security industry now. Maybe
you wanna make sure your employer is on the right list at
