Granted, the question was kind of esoteric (a peculiar problem
on Cisco AS5400 RASes, I no longer recall just what it was), but
when I tried Experts Exchange a couple years ago, I didn't get an
answer.  Only one person even attempted it, but I didn't accept
the answer or award any points, because all he really did was
regurgitate what I'd already stated to be known information, wrapped
in different words.  I guess no Cisco RAS experts were hanging out
on EE in those days (don't know about now).  Maybe you'd have better
luck with programming questions, although the whole points system they
use there is rather cumbersome.  Try the newsgroups first, I think.
