Monitor setting out of range --was--Re: [tlug]

to change the setting use Xconfigurator again and under the monitor
settings choose your monitor or a generic model with a refresh range
starting around 65Hz (start low and if you see the refresh lines work
your way up-there are some semi-older systems that die out around the
70-75Hz range)
