I guess I had ECN disabled, as `cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_ecn` outputs 0. I tried `echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_ecn` but it didn't help connecting. This drew my attention to a bewildering array of networking options in /proc/sys/net/ipv4 but I don't know what else to try to tweak. I'm running RedHat 7.3 and that interface is configured as: eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:90:99:BD:5A:33 inet addr:219.3.154.33 Bcast:219.3.155.255 Mask:255.255.254.0 UP BROADCAST NOTRAILERS RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1 RX packets:11974246 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0 TX packets:1600749 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0 collisions:0 txqueuelen:100 RX bytes:3646068839 (3477.1 Mb) TX bytes:193153118 (184.2 Mb) Interrupt:9 Base address:0xd000 Any ideas?
