My IP is dynamic in theory, but in fact it hasn't changed yet.  It's also 
global, so I shouldn't have any problems due to NAT or private addresses.

The reverse lookup is YahooBB219003154033.bbtec.net (which is just 
"YahooBB" plus the 0-filled IP address 219.3.154.33).  I worry that it 
doesn't match my mail domain, since AU's SMTP server could reject my 
email on that basis.  But I doubt that could affect the TCP connect.
