[tlug] free Japanese CDDB

Hi All,

What's a free CDDB with good Japanese support?  I googled some freedb.org 
UTF-8 rumours, but all I could find on site was ISO-8859-1.

I'm using Grip (with cdparanoia, lame, GTK) on RedHat 7.2, so cddb.com
does not seem to be a viable option.  Also, altho cddb.com says it
supports Unicode, I googled a lot of bad stuff about its license, so I'd
rather contribute data to a free one than to cddb.com or one of its 
Japanese subsidiaries.

Or, can anyone suggest a better ripping and Japanese naming system for
Linux?
