hello !
i just check that the - dualboot WinXP/Linux - discussion is about
modifyng-partition programs.
even if not directly concerned, i would like to inform the list about another
existing program - Bootit - very cheap - which works from a boot-floppy (the
floppy-image is freely downloadable... )
sorry, but i don't remember whether this has already been pointed out in this
list, or if i got it from elsewhere ...
here is a very interesting study between different softwares, concerning
non-destructive resizing where they talk about - bootit - :
http://linuxmafia.com/~rick/linux-info/ntfs
and the - bootit - webpage :
http://www.terabyteunlimited.com/bootitng.html
as mentioned in the first webpage,
it can be used directly from the floppy, and thus one doesn't need to care
about an OS or another.
