You probably don't want to force people into having both
canna and freewnn installed
just to use im-ja. You might want to try changing

     app-i18n/freewnn
     app-i18n/canna

to

     canna? >=app-i18n/canna-3.6
     freewnn? >=app-i18n/freewnn-1.1

Also you might want ti include a link to the bug rather
than just the ebuild.
