[tlug] [admin] server downtime

Dear TLUG members,

Please be informed that YBP (Yokohama Business Park) data centre where
OSDL (Open Source Development Lab) kindly host TLUG's server will go under
scheduled, facility-wide power maintenance work.  During this time, all of
our web and mailing list services under the "tlug.jp" domain will become
unavailable.

Below is the powerdown schedule, as posted on http://www.osdl.jp/

Starts:	Jan 24th (Fri) 19:00 
Ends:	Jan 25th (Sat) 19:00

TLUG server will be powered off by 19:00, January 24th - and be back
online at 19:00, January 25th - hopefully without delay :)
