Coincidentally, I will be making a presentation on the same day, entitled
   "The Virtue of the Open: Reading Lawrence Lessig's _Code_ and _Future of
   Ideas_", but the venue will be Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok. So,
   unfortunately, I'll have to miss this. I will make a copy of my paper available when I return.
