questions:

 

does the server have an external IP on the box?

when you "tail -f /var/log/messages" do you see requests?

have you tried "telnet IP 80" does it make a connection?

                      Thanks for giving me on every suggession. Now my intranet pcs are able to find my apache server. But, it is missing when I try to access that page from outside.Can you tell me where sould I change in httpd.conf file?
