You're relatively lucky in Japan. Elsewhere, DSL is usually capped at
512Kbps or 1Mbps sometimes. And that's the downlink... Uplink is more
often than not capped at 128Kbps.

At that speed, it does take about 3 hours to get *ONE* .iso image.
