[tlug] Japanese in Slackware revisted

A while back, someone was looking for a Canna and kinput2 that would
work in Slackware. Don't know if they ever solved the problem, but if
not, then with the help of Stuart and Godwin (actually, they did the
work, I just tarred and uploaded it) I have a package that should work
on most systems. Didn't work on Arch Linux, a relatively obscure new
distro as they don't have internationalization in there, but worked in
an offshoot of Slack, Root Linux.
