[tlug] 100Mbps Internet cafes?

Does anyone know of any Internet cafes in Tokyo that have 100Mbps outgoing 
lines? Or if not 100Mbps at least 10Mbps?

I want to do some testing and need access to a fat line and the best I can 
get out of my ADSL line is a measly 500K ...
