Here are some alternatives to the brick.
http://www.qcpass.co.jp/
has HITACHI WebLand100 [1U size]
Celeron 533MHz^128MHz^IDE10GB
for 39,800
or the PIII version with SCSI
P3-700MHz^256MHz^SCSI 9.1GB
for 59,000
Or if you are really a cheap bastard like I am, http://www.geno.co.jp/ has
notebook motherboards (Fujitsu). About the motherboards:

Ordering and model specifications:

For those too lazy to click...
7,800~
Duron-900MHz m[g}U[N B [úsÇ2TÔÛĜ] {[hP[uÌŬ
9,800~
Pentium III-900MHz m[g}U[N B [úsÇ2TÔÛĜ] {[hP[uÌŬ
The DIY notebook motherboard set.
I just completed mine, I made a case for it and it is running RH8.
If you are interested in either of these I suggest if it is possible to go
to QCPASS in Akihabara directly the prices tend to be a little cheaper.
