Dear tlug
I installed SuSE8.0 I got from previous TLUG meeting on my IBM
ThinkPad i1800. SuSE claims the cpu is at 190.015 MHz (see
below), which I believe should be 700. I checked with Small
Linux from Debian which says 690 something. And it really felt
much faster than 200 MHz but felt slower than 700 MHz.
The questions are, what could lower it? And How can I boot it
up? Or am I just reading wrong?
