More a question than a comment: Since TLUG's official (defined as
"acceptable for posting) languages are English and Japanese, it
raises the question "Why?"  It's your time, so you (and the others)
can translate anything you want, but I just wonder if it isn't
perhaps a wasted effort, in so far as being able to communicate in
written English or Japanese is a de facto requirement for particpation
in TLUG forums.  

But if we want to have a multilingual website, then all of the
content should be translated into all of the supported languages
(list archives excepted, of course; no on has that much time),
since having only the top page available in multiple languages 
is likely to disappoint people.

BTW, on index.html, the part about the next meeting being on Sep. 14 
should read:

"Subject to change.  The date will be officially announced on
the mailing list."
