Near the bottom of the page:
# urldecode.pl : perl script which convert hexadecimal numbers like %mn in Search Word
Report etc. in Ver.5.22 into multibyte characters. (Tsuji Norihisa)
Warning : modify the location of the executable perl ; need Jcode.pm
name it as urldecode.pl when downloading ; make it executable
I imagine that does what you are looking for, assuming just using the japanese version
of analog doesn't work.
