[tlug] message to tlug fails to be delivered?

figure it's just the Internet burping but in case it is symptomatic of 
something more serious I thought I would post the offending email.

Maybe someone more knowledgeable can agree as to wether this is a burp or

Before posting I wanted to search the arhive to see if anything rlelavant to
my post had been asked before but I find that all my archive searches come
back empty ...

"No matches were found for '(kernel or kernels)'"

Is the ML search engine down?
