I got a mixed bag.  Two of our nameservers gave the
result you got from the US-based nameserver, the other gave
the result you got from the Japan-based one.

And doing a dig @example.com or dns2.ispro.turkey.net
gets a timeout.  Lovely.

They may have had some DNS borkage and have taken the nameservers
down to fix it.  That could be bad for mail delivery.
