Hello.

I checked about how to take an LPI exam on Linux World.
Unfortunately, you have to preregister to VUE.
It means you have to download a self-extracted exe file(it is just a
MS-Excel file), fill the form, and email to them with an attachment Excel file.

VUE has a free dial number(00531-250-008) and email
address(wueregjp@example.com), you may contact them to ask an other way to
register.
