Sorry if this isn't exactly what you want... You can buy English versions of RH7.2 box sets which have the manuals at plathome www.plathome.co.jp Other then that, I don't know any place that just sells the manuals. There are various books, say from O'Reilly, that might be better. For example, "Running Linux", or "Linux in a Nutshell".
