Are there any know weakness of grub? > I'm curious. I seems to recall that Grub can not boot off RAID or some journalling file systems, XFS or JFS, I beleave, nor LVM. An easy solution is /boot as a separate, non-RAID/XFS/JFS/LVM partition. This was a few months ago and could be supported now. -- jack_morgan j-morgan@example.com
