I retract my previous blanket statement that all IDE<->SCSI adapters are evil; I've found one that works well. It's the Century Global Inc. CHB35INT. Unlike the Buffalo and IO Data adapters, it properly passes through all SCSI commands. My alphas and my sparcs seem to like them just fine. I bought ten of 'em :) -- Chris
