I let up2date have its way at installing what it thought was necessary on a RH7.1 box. Asking for trouble, I guess. XFree86 went from 4.0.3-5 to 4.1.0-15 . Sounded like a good idea at the time, but now I can't cut a paste anything from kterm to kterm window. Can I fix this or should I go back (and how do I go back - click heels together three times?). That ancient Babylonian proverb just doesn't go out of style: If it ain't broken...
