How about Nomikai _live_? I am sure many people will oppose this idea 
though. If so, how about edited movie as well as still images? (I admit I 
would use Mac to do this, if it matters) I would love to do it. Also, I 
would love to do coding and database design under someone's supervision if 
it is in PHP and MySQL or PostgreSQL.
